Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Unlock Resources. By purchasing a membership, starting a free trial, or accessing the member hub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

2. What Unlock Resources Is

Unlock Resources is a membership that provides access to the Unlock Resources Vault, a curated database of money-saving resources, discount programs, and legitimate income opportunities, along with plain-English notes on how to use them. New resources are added on an ongoing basis.

3. Membership Plans

Individual Plan: $15 per month or $150 per year. For your personal use.

Organization Plan: $47 per month or $470 per year. For any organization that serves people, including nonprofits, churches, shelters, clinics, healthcare agencies, group homes, and community centers. Covers all staff members and volunteers.

Founder Pricing: Early members and early organizations lock in their rate for as long as their membership stays active. If the public price rises later, founders keep their original rate.

Yearly plans are billed once per year and cover 12 months of access.

4. Free Trial

New memberships begin with a 7-day free trial with full access to the library. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically and your paid membership starts. You will not be charged if you cancel during the trial.

5. Your License

Individual Plan members receive a personal, non-transferable license for their own use within their household.

Organization Plan members receive a license covering all staff and volunteers. Staff may share individual resources with the people the organization serves, in person, in print handouts, or by email.

All members agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute the database or its contents
• Publish the database publicly or post its full contents online
• Share login credentials outside their household (individual) or organization (organization plan)

6. Billing and Renewals

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payments are processed securely by Whop; Unlock Resources never sees or stores your card number. If a payment fails, access may be paused until billing is resolved.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through your Whop account settings, in one click. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. See the Return Policy for refund terms.

8. Acceptable Use and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a membership, without refund, for violations of these terms, including redistribution of content, sharing logins outside the permitted scope, or abuse of the service.

9. Information Only, Not Advice

Unlock Resources provides information only. It is not financial, medical, or legal advice. Programs, prices, and eligibility change often, so confirm details directly with each provider. We are not responsible for the actions, payouts, or decisions of any third-party company listed, and we make no guarantees about availability, savings, or earnings from any opportunity shared.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links in the database are referral links, which means Unlock Resources may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no additional cost to you.

11. Intellectual Property

All database content, write-ups, templates, and materials are owned by Unlock Resources. Your membership grants access only; it does not transfer ownership of any content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlock Resources is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership or any third-party resource listed in it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members, and continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
